- Understanding the Requirement provided by Clients
- Search Databases for Potential Candidates
- Calling up / Emailing potential candidates based on the Job descriptions from Companies
- Convincing People to take up the Job that would fit their Profile
- Ability to Communicate In English (Verbal, Written, Hearing)
- Ability to deal with Client Partners to understand requirements and get clarifications
- Ability to meet Internal and Client Targets
- Looking for people who can be committed to the job for 18 months at least.
